What I collect

What you type into the forms or send me in a message: parent's and student's name, mobile number, email, school, year or programme, and what you would like to improve. The open-lesson form also records where you heard about the lesson.

Why

• To reply to you and organise the lessons: reserving a seat, sending the link, reminders, the written note about your child.
• To run the lessons and write the monthly report, if we work together.
• To tell you about the next open lessons, only if you tick that option. You can stop this at any time with a message.

I ask for a parent's details because the student is a minor and needs your consent to take part.

Where it is stored

In Google Sheets and Gmail (Google), and in WhatsApp for messages. I do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether ads lead to reservations. The Pixel sets a cookie and tells Meta that you visited the page or reserved a seat, without your name or phone number. Fonts are loaded from Google. You can block cookies in your browser.

For how long

For as long as we work together or are in contact, and until the end of the following school year so that I can find your details if you ask me for something. If you ask me to delete them, I delete them earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent, by email or message to the contact details above. If you believe something was not handled correctly, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
